We offer a range of apprenticeship services for 16-24 year olds including both working with an, ever increasing, database of employers to place students and also training employees to acquire qualifications in conjunction with the roles they currently or in the future will undertake.
Bespoke and specific training looks at the individual needs of both the employer and the employee and identifies any areas for development. This can be bespoke company training for a particular industry sector, designed, to ultimately make your company more efficient. Alternatively we can discuss areas requiring development for individuals who may benefit from a training programme to, for example, move up into a supervisory role.
We can work with employers to increase employees Continued Professional Development (CPD) through numerous activities many of which can also be linked to industry associations.
Front line staff development, is exactly how it sounds in that the Colleges have a number of courses that can be implemented to assist your staff to be more customer focused and efficient.
In many cases within industry sectors there may be legal requirements that have to be adhered to that employees are required to have an understanding or qualification within but that are not delivered in house at your organisations. Both Highbury and Farnborough Colleges can deliver many of these courses for you and assist you to remain legal!
